Placing an order

What payment options are available?

You can pay with Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

I would like an invoice for my order. How can I obtain one?

If you would like an invoice for your order, please contact us using the contact form or by email at support@ventirio.shop. We will send you an invoice as soon as possible.

My payment has been cancelled. What can I do now?

If a payment is cancelled, it is best to place the order again, possibly using a different payment method. Before placing another order, please check that you have not received a confirmation email for the first attempt.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct before submitting an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so in most cases we cannot make changes to an order. Please contact us as soon as possible once you have discovered the error.

We ship orders in the United States.

How long is the delivery time?

We will process your order within 1-3 working days. Once your order is shipped, it will take approximately 7-15 working days for your order to arrive.

We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

How much are the shipping costs?

We are currently offering free shipping on every order!

Where is my order? The estimated delivery time has already passed.

Most orders are delivered within the specified delivery period. In the exceptional case that you have not yet received your order, we recommend that you wait a few more days and closely monitor the tracking page for your order. It may be that you need to collect your order from a collection point.

If you still have not received your order after waiting a few more days, please contact our customer service team. They will be happy to help you.

I have not received all the products from my order, what should I do now?

We may need to ship an order in multiple packages. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

How will my order be shipped to me?

We ship your order with USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. All our items are shipped with a tracking number and arrive in a shipping bag or cardboard box.

Returns

Frequently asked questions about returns

I would like to return a product. How do I do that?

You may return (almost) any order to us within 30 days without giving a reason. Personalised products and hygiene products cannot be returned. The shipping costs for the return must be borne by the buyer.
